Ritual Refill Terms

The Ritual Refill is an optional subscription that sends you Satin Skin Nourishing Face Elixir automatically. These terms explain exactly how it works. They are part of our Terms of Use.

Price and schedule

• Price: $125.80 per 30 mL bottle, which is 15% off the one-time price of $148, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping is complimentary.
• Schedule: one bottle on the delivery schedule you choose at checkout, shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
• When you are charged: at checkout for your first bottle, then on the day each renewal order is processed, using the payment method you provided.

Automatic renewal

Your Ritual Refill renews automatically and you will be charged for each delivery until you cancel. Before you buy, you will see these terms next to the purchase button and must check a box agreeing to them. After you subscribe, we email a confirmation that repeats the terms and explains how to cancel. We also email a reminder of your subscription terms once a year.

How to cancel

You can cancel online at any time, with no fee and no minimum number of orders:

1. Sign in to your account at shop.amitrabeauty.com/account using the email you subscribed with.
2. Open your Ritual Refill subscription.
3. Select Cancel subscription and confirm.

You can also cancel by emailing support@amitrabeauty.com. Cancel before your next renewal order is processed to avoid that charge. Cancellation stops all future charges; orders already processed will still ship. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Skip, pause, or change

In your account you can skip a delivery, change your schedule, update your address, or change your payment method at any time.

Price or term changes

If we change the Ritual Refill price or terms, we will email you at least 7 days before the change takes effect, explain how to cancel, and the change will apply only to orders processed after that date.

Refunds

Your first Refill delivery is covered by our 30-day Ritual Promise. Later unopened deliveries can be refunded within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

Payment problems

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and try again. If it still cannot be charged, we will pause your subscription until you update your payment method.
