Shipping Policy

Complimentary US shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order within the United States, including every Ritual Refill delivery. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

When your order ships

Each bottle is made in small batches, and orders usually ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will email you with a new estimated date and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Ritual Refill deliveries

Each Refill order is processed on its scheduled date and ships within the same window. You can see and change your next date in your account at shop.amitrabeauty.com.

Address changes and lost packages

Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away; we can update it until the order ships. If tracking shows your package delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 14 days and we will work with the carrier to help.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
